Our client engaged in Luxury Mobility and Lifestyle Products business is looking to appoint Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to cover Asia Pacific & East Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia)

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and business partnering across multiple markets.

• Strong ability to connect people and operational strategies with financial performance and growth objectives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws within regional markets including Mainland China

• Skilled in cross-cultural communication, organizational design, and change management.

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for effective cross-border Communications
  

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Leadership -Collaborate with business leaders to align HR and administrative strategies with commercial priorities, ensuring workforce and operational plans support growth in premium mobility and lifestyle segments.

• HR & Administration Oversight -Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, engagement, organizational development, and administrative services that enhance efficiency and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Cost & Performance Optimization - Manage manpower budgets and administrative expenses, linking resource allocation to measurable business outcomes.

• Business Enablement -Support new market entry and diversification initiatives by aligning people and operational strategies with future capabilities in luxury mobility and lifestyle offerings.

• Governance & Compliance -Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate standards, and administrative policies while driving process improvement and scalability
