Job Description: 

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle a full set of accounts, internal reporting and royalty reporting duties etc. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Prepare full set of accounts for month-end and year-end closing; 

Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, review and control, including payment administration, accounts receivables and accounts payables monitoring; 

Prepare financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management; 

Liaise with statutory auditors and other external parties;  

Support the team on external audit, tax filing and prepare supporting schedules 

Review royalty accounts, records, and reports, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects contractual agreements; 

Review and interpret contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with royalty processes; 

Perform ad hoc assignment as required. 

Requirements: 

Degree holder / Diploma in Accounting or related discipline; 

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience;  

Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards; 

Strong skills in MS office applications, especially in Excel; 

Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin; 

Independent, mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
