This role will be part of a team responsible for supporting the account Regional EHS Manager in implementing and managing the JLL IFM HSE Management System for JLL operations across their appointed region for the client’s multi-site property portfolio, ensuring compliance with JLL, client and statutory requirements.

What this job involves

• Health and Safety Risk Management Guidance: Provide expert advice on managing health and safety risks at all levels within the account.

• Client and JLL Compliance Alignment: Align JLL’s HSE Management System with client requirements and standards, ensuring operational compliance.

• Effective Relationship Building: Foster cooperative relationships with account teams, client organizations, and contractors.

• Legislation Awareness and Advice: Stay updated on relevant legislation, provide technical advice, and inform accounts of legislative changes affecting service delivery.

• Training and Culture Development: Promote a positive HSE culture, identify training needs, and deliver necessary HSE training programs.

• Inspections, Audits, and Investigations: Conduct HSE inspections and audits, support risk assessments, complete accident investigations, and monitor HSE performance.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance: Support Facilities Managers in stakeholder relations, assist procurement in contractor approval, and ensure contractor compliance with JLL and client HSE standards.

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Bachelor's degree in OHS, Engineering or related field

• Holder of Registered Safety Officer

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE management, preferably within commerical real estate, facilities management, or a similar industry

• In-depth understanding of local and national health and safety regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively

• Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks

• Experience in conducting workplace risk assessments, audits, and inspection

• Proficiency in English, including Cantonese and Mandarin
