Job Description
Our client is a multinational bank with all-rounded financial operations at its prime within the APAC region. They are seeking a Helpdesk Transformation Project Manager to lead the transition to a modern, SLA-driven Helpdesk operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of the helpdesk operations, aligning with the objectives outlined
Collaborate with stakeholders to define SLAs and establish performance metrics
Develop and implement strategies to improve service visibility and reporting capabilities
Identify and address root causes of recurring support issues through thorough analysis and problem management practices
Streamline processes and integrate automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Facilitate the transition of existing team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and capability enhancement
Monitor performance and provide ongoing support to the helpdesk team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Key requirements::
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
With at least 10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in IT service management or helpdesk operations
Strong understanding of SLA-driven service delivery models and problem management processes
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data trends and drive process improvements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with automation tools and helpdesk software is a plus
