Our management trainee Program is specifically designed for fresh graduates wishing to pursue a career in Hong Kong. We aim to cultivate young talent who possess leadership qualities to become strong management leaders. Through the intensive on the job training, you will experience personal and professional growth at a fast pace. After the programme, trainees can choose their preferred stream and will be trained all the essentials to develop their career future to middle level management.  Moreover, trainees will be given numerous chances to take part in diversified courses and trainings both externally and internally to improve their personal qualities, interpersonal skills and management abilities. 

In this role, you will :

• Involve in a two-year training program on different aspects divided into Six major areas, marketing, sales, operation , business development, Management & recruitment.

• Assist in planning and executing all aspects of marketing and business development, including promoting brand image, and coordinate with external parties on promotion campaign

•  Provide consultative needs analysis to potential clients;

•  Obtain overseas training opportunities, content include international recognized effective communication courses. 

Preferred skills and qualifications

•  Master Degree holder. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
