About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Waiter/Server to join our team Causeway Bay. This is a full-time role where you will play a key member in F&B.

What you'll be doing

1. Ensuring an orders are processed accurately and delivered promptly

2. Handle the ad-hoc arrangement by GM / Senior Staff

3. Assisting with shift scheduling and team rostering as required

4. Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor or Lead Waiter/Server in a similar hospitality environment

2. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

3. Strong leadership and team management abilities

4. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices

5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

6. Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
