Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and materials, perform hands on maintenance works when required

• Support interior fitting-out and renovation works for the Group's owned and leased properties

• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as arranged by supervisor/manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred 

• Experience in interior fitting-out or renovation projects

• Hardworking, responsible, and equipped with good communication skills

• A responsible driver with valid Class 1 and / or 2 driving license

• 協助日常維修工作、採購維修工具、設備及物料，並於必要時進行實務維修作業

• 協助集團物業及租賃物業的室內裝修工程

• 按照上級指示處理其他工作
  

要求：

• 2年相關工作經驗優先

• 具備室內裝修或改建經驗

• 良好溝通能力及具責任感

• 持有有效一級及/或二級駕駛執照的安全駕駛者
