We are partnering with a leading local developer. They are seeking a seasoned Chief Manager to take charge of one of Hong Kong’s landmark Grade‑A office towers.

Responsibilities

Building Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise daily building operations including security, cleaning, and general maintenance.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety).

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Improvement & Project Works

• Plan and execute improvement works, renovations, and upgrades to enhance building performance and tenant experience.

• Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Tenancy Management

• Coordinate tenant move‑in and move‑out processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Handle tenancy matters including fit‑out works, reinstatement, and liaison with tenants on operational issues.

• Build strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Prepare and manage budgets for building operations, maintenance, and improvement works.

• Conduct cost analysis and ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Maintain accurate records of building operations, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities or building management, preferably with A‑Grade office properties.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and operations.

• Proven experience in managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and stakeholder management.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.

• Good command of English and Chinese.
