Job Description

Policy & Program Development: Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislations and relevant requirements.

Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs. Promote safety culture.

Incident Management: Lead investigations into accidents and injuries, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards, research new safety materials, and implement preventative measures.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and manage emergency action plans.

Reporting: Maintain logs of safety activities, track incident metrics, and report status to leadership. 

Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Environmental and Occupational and Health or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with occupational health and safety regulations

• Possess Certificate for Lifting Safety Supervisors and Certificates for Construction Safety Supervisors is an advantage

• Knowledge in quality and environmental policies is a plus

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Independent, responsible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Immediate available is an advantage
