Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing wellness online platform backed by a leading company in the fitness industry. With a mission to promote holistic health through innovative digital solutions, the platform connects users with brands, experts, and experiences that inspire better living.
They are now seeking a Senior Manager, Alliance and Partnership to join their energetic and forward-thinking team. This strategic role will lead the development and management of key alliances and brand partnerships to drive business growth, enhance platform value, and strengthen the partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities that support the company’s growth objectives and brand vision
Lead negotiations and oversee the drafting of partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term value creation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, product, and operations — to drive seamless partnership activation and execution
Monitor and analyze partnership performance using key metrics, recommending data-driven strategies for optimization and continuous improvement
Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking occasions to strengthen market presence and expand the partnership network
Prepare regular reports and insights on partnership initiatives, demonstrating their business impact and aligning with overall corporate strategy
Requirements
Degree in Marketing Communications/ Business Studies / Sales and Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience, referable in a digital social platform or marketplace platform
Strong analytical skills and creativity to develop campaigns
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements
Ability to think strategically and identify innovative partnership opportunities that drive business growth
Familiarity with the sales and new business development landscape, ideally in the Sales industry
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and alliances in a sales or business development role
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
