Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities

• Develop and implement competitive logistics solutions kit for existing and new business in a cost effective manner

• Identify supply chain partners to execute logistics solutions to provide satisfactory services to customers

• Consistently monitor the service standards and work with operations teams to drive for excellence of all responsible areas, i.e. lead times, complaints, escalations

• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Management / Transportation / Business Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, preferably in 3rd party logistics, Record Management Service, Local Logistics Services & Government Tender

• Possess core competencies, including business acumen, relationship building, analytical ability, project management and customer focus

• Demonstrate Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
