About the role



We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our in-house creative team at Cutis. This is a full-time role based in our Mong Ko District office. As the Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our brand, provide the design of high-impact campaigns and innovative brand experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and execute compelling, visually-striking designs and art direction across a range of online and offline creative and production.

• Lead design projects from initial ideation to final delivery, collaborating closely with marketing teams.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending new design approaches and techniques, knowledge of AI is plus.

• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand style and effectively communicates the company's unique positioning.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Senior Designer, ideally with strong knowledge of Online/Offline production, and video shooting.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, design skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and online design apps (Wordpress).

• A keen eye for typography, colour, layout and visual aesthetics.

• The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
