Summary

The engineering team is looking for a highly motivated manufacturing engineer(s) with a diverse background inmanufacturing processes and industrial automation. Responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing process, improving production efficiency, and implementing cost-effective systems. A typical day might involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the quality control of manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting and implementing machine production plans.
2. Ensure materials, workforce, machine capability and all related resources are ready as and when required and able to meet delivery obligation.
3. Conduct production site inspections to ensure timely product quality checks are performed.
4. Prepare production equipment and supplies for execution of customer order in  adherence to safety protocol and respective guidelines.
5. Ensure frequent equipment maintenance and identify areas of malfunctions, repairs and improvements.
6. Provide and review weekly/monthly reports (e.g. inventory report, defect rate report, production capability report, machinery reports etc).
7. Ad-hoc production assistance or support to internal teams or participation in company-wide projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Holder of Certificate or Diploma with substantial relevant working experience will be considered as well.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience from manufacturing industry/production line is preferred.
3. A strong mindset in occupational safety and health.
4. Candidate will less experience and fresh graduates will also be considered as Junior/Assistant Engineer
