• Manage and arrange operations work between help desk support and other stakeholders
• Resolving service requests
• Diagnosing hardware, peripheral and software problems

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ year experience in IT Support, IT Operation
• Experienced in server or network operations as well as Data Centre operations management
• Fluent in Chinese and English
