The Role:

As our (Senior) Growth Product Manager, you will be the architect of our platform’s growth, driving strategies that engage users and boost revenue. You will identify opportunities, implement quick-win initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our success.

Responsibilities:

• Growth Architect: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Quick Win Specialist: Execute high-impact, rapid initiatives.
• Product Innovator: Lead the development of user-centric products.
• Strategic Partner: Collaborate with marketing, growth and other teams.
• Data-Driven: Use data to inform decisions and optimize growth.
• Customer Advocate: Refine products based on user feedback.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product management and customer-facing online platforms, focused on growth or product marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce or community platforms preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Growth and user-centric mindset with ownership.
• Knowledgeable in agile development and product experimentation methodologies. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
