Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Flight Operations Centre; 
• Responsible for effective tracking of all inbound / outbound correspondence;
• Verify and review invoices from services providers;
• Verify and review staff reimbursement;
• Communicate with services providers for billing issue;
• Input and file post-flight document data;
• Maintain department filing system;
• Prepare reports for operational use

Job Requirements

• Post-secondary education with excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; 
• Working experience with basic knowledge of airline / business aviation operations is preferred;
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good team player with excellent communication skills;
• Immediately available is preferred
