The role involves assisting leasing teams in daily operations, providing administration functions to leasing teams, preparing tenancy documentation and handling incoming telephone calls & general enquiries.

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Property Management is an advantage
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Less experience would be considered as Customer Service Officer
