Responsibilities:

• Assist the daily sales floor operation and staff management
• Achieve the sales targets in accordance with the goal setting
• Actively involved in marketing and promotional events for assigned product category / categories
• Proactively explore potential brands and business opportunities
• Build rapport with potential vendors and maintain a good relationship with business partners
• Negotiate business terms with potential vendors 
• Handle ad hoc projects & tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' sales operation experience in department store and/or retail industry, solid experience in front-line operation / marketing / brand management highly preferred 
• Proven managerial skills in merchandising, retail administration, inventory management, budgeting and cost control
• An efficient team player with strong business acumen, effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
• Result-oriented, proactive, aggressive and attentive to details
• Excellent product knowledge with strong commercial sense and sensitive to the market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability to build rapport with customers and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is a must
• Shift duties and work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will  be required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager / Supervisor.
