Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide a full spectrum of HR operational and administrative support to C&B team, including payroll, taxation, attendance and leave management, final payment, pension scheme administration, medical insurance, employee’s compensation and other employee benefits
• Maintain the employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate 
• Assist in preparing different kinds of regular report for analysis and management review 
• Assist in compensation and benefits policies update
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with focus on C&B preferred 
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS is a significant advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit 
• Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Office Word, Excel (pivot table & vlookup), PowerPoint 
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as the position of Assistant HR Officer
