Job Highlights:

• Assume the role of a problem solver and leader within the organization.
• Lead the Over-the-Top (OTT) service in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, gaining valuable regional exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team dedicated to developing web streaming platform and web projects.
• Analyze requirements from stakeholders to identify needs and deliver architectural designs and innovative solutions.
• Engage in full stack engineering and collaborate closely with the backend teams to ensure the optimal solution.
• Continuously evolve the app architecture to enhance development efficiency.
• Produce meticulous and comprehensive technical documentation to ensure alignment and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Present technical concepts and proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Foster effective collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with team members located in Hong Kong, China and India.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, effectively guiding and managing teams.
• Expert level in React.js / Next.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CCS.
• Familiar with RWD, SEO and Git.
• Exhibit exceptional analytical and logical skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of software design principles, including SOLID, CLEAN, TDD, and other industry best practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge on DevOps and agile methodology
