Company Description

Our client is one of the well-established F&B organizations. For the digital development, the company established a new team – Business Digitalization for digital transformation project. They are looking for a potential candidate to join the team as Digital Project Manager.

Requirements

• Lead the development of digital transformation project to improve customers’ dining experience.
• Work closely with different stakeholders of Chinese & Western Cuisine to review the current business process, define the area to transform and discuss the objectives and outcomes of the project to improve the efficiency.
• Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in food & beverage industry and proactively explore opportunity with stakeholders to transform current processes with efficiency and cost improvement.
• Lead the whole lifecycle of the projects including design, development, implementation, testing and launch.
• Manage the project timeline, standard and budget control.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital project management or Business Transformation
• Being proactive, innovative, with good project management, communication and analytical skills.
• Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units
• Experience of gathering technology requirements through user interview and workshops, and analysis of organizational & workforce strategies is a must
• Good Command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin is a plus.
