Our client is a Hong Kong based Food and Beverage Operator with multiple fine dining concepts. Due to business needs, they are currently looking for a potential talent to join the HR team as HR Manager to lead the different aspects of Human Resources duties.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the different aspects of Human Resource duties including recruitment, payroll, employee relation and expat onboarding arrangement.
• Prepare monthly payroll, MPF and employer's tax return and ensure the payment settled properly in timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee information including personal profile,  roster and attendance.
• Ensure all the employee record in the system are accurate
• Formulate and implement HR policies and practice in order to meet the business needs and in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5-year relevant work experience in HR
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment-related regulations
• Detail-oriented, good team player with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
