Responsibilities

• Make the layout proposal and store design drawings by following global design guidelines and standards.
• Create 3D models and manage the renderings by following global design guidelines and standards.
• Update design drawings and work with shop-fitter on technical drawings and construction details
• Manage the project schedule, cost and execution quality
• Manage project tendering
• Create regional store design standard
• Anticipate design issues and provide solutions
• Ensure stores are open as per timeline and budget
• Control strictly and keep in line with budget planning.
• Update the regional store reference book
• Carry out market trend studies

Requirements

• University Graduate in architecture or interior design
• 3 working experience in retail design in beauty industry\
• Expert in using Sketch up and Auto CAD, Proficient in 3D Max/Illustration/ Photo shop/ Vectorworks is desirable
• Proficient knowledge in Excel & Power Point
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skill in Chinese and English
• Native Cantonese and Fluency in English
