Company Description

Our client is a global company with business in corporate service and retail. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 for full range of professional HR strategy and management such as performance management, manpower planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, company policies and staff benefits, payroll administration, labour relations and disputes, employee engagement, succession planning, etc
• Provide strategic advice to the office head and BU heads for HR matters and acts as HR business partner;
• Provide strategic advice on mass recruitment, C&B, and payroll to retail population
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR administration policies and procedures in the work environment.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects within the Group as assigned.
• Manage in performance management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5 years or above in dynamic HR experience
• Working experience in retail company is preferred
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Senior candidate will be considered as Senior HR Manager
