We are excited to expand our Hong Kong practice and are looking for passionate RPA/UiPath Developers who are innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented to help our clients solve business problems and drive growth.

• RPA/UiPath Developers with expertise in finance and accounting, business operation and/or risk and compliance related automation projects 
• Interested in joining a global management consulting firm that values work-life balance and embraces new ways of working
• Eager to contribute to an exciting project for our global financial services client

Your key responsibilities
 

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze and identify the business requirements for automating and optimizing business processes
• Design future state process models in collaboration with stakeholders and evaluate the gaps between the current state and future state environments
• Implement automation solutions by configuring, designing and developing RPA software robots that align with the identified business requirements

You know that you can do the job if you have…
 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of process automation experience, with a specific focus on automating the finance and accounting, business operations, and/or risk and compliance processes using UiPath software robots and related solutions, preferably in a sizeable multinational corporation or listed company
• Possess comprehensive Knowledge of the full system development life cycle 
• Excellent analytic, process improvement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, and proactively mitigate risks and issues
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
