Your key responsibilities
 

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, data entry, and inquiries management
• Collaborate closely with the overseas offices to ensure seamless service delivery

You know that you can do the job if you have…

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields
• Minmium 1 year of experience in daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, data entry, and inquiries management, preferably in a finance shared service center environment
• Knowledgeable in SAP ERP system
• High energy, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a customer-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
