The opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced ERP Project Managers to joining our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of complex ERP systems across various departments and locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Your key responsibilities 

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Manage communication and negotiations with external vendors, including contract review and vendor performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular project status reporting to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and potential roadblocks.
• Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned from completed projects.

 You know that you can do the job if you have…

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, IT, or related disciplines.
• PMP professional certification is a highly advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of proven project management experience, successfully leading and delivering at least 2 end-to-end ERP system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other leading solutions) within a Big-4, consulting firm, or prominent service provider environment. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver solutions within budget.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between project stakeholders, business users, internal project teams, and external vendors, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A willingness to travel as required.
