Your key responsibilities
 

• Handle daily general ledger and associated activities 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, monthly accounts reconciliation
• Prepare statutory accounts, tax computation, and audit
• Provide testing support for the chart of account conversion project
• Maintain close collaboration with the overseas finance services team
• Perform other activities as assigned

You know that you can do the job if you have…

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, specifically in handling daily GL activities, financial reporting, annual audits and SOX compliance review, preferably in a sizable multinational company
• Advanced computer skills in Oracle accounting system
• Knowledgable in COA conversion testing
• High energy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a customer focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Attentive to detail and highly organized
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Immediate availability is highly desired
