Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is to support CRM and Materna team to achieve business goal and KPI through operation excellence, flawless execution and cross team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of Wyeth Mama Club, ensuring a seamless and extraordinary experience for our valued members.
• Managing membership activities, sourcing captivating gifts, and monitoring stock levels to ensure a constant supply of surprises
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention tactics via various online platforms, including our website, social media channels, SEO strategies, and KOL management.
• Contribute to the success of our Baby Expo project, ensuring impeccable planning, execution, and engaging experiences for attendees.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or other related disciplines 
• At least 1 year work experience in event management and social/ digital execution, candidates with agency background are welcomed
• Experience in CRM and digital marketing in FMCG/ MNC is a plus
• Detail-minded and eager to learn, a good team player
• Excellent communication skills and able to deal with different parties
• Good at MS Word and Excel
• Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
