Job responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices, daily receipt, credit notes and vouchers, including retail shop transactions
• Follow-up of overdue invoices with debtors by calls or email proactively
• Rental agreement termination, refund of deposit and related outstanding rental follow up
• Prepare vouchers for staff claim and reimbursement
• Provide support to the department and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or LCCI Level 3
• 1 to 2 years of solid experience
• Patient with good communication skill
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
