Our company is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of IT Assistant Manager and lead our technology operations with a focus on problem-solving and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
• Strong knowledge in Programming/Application Development such as CI/CD Pipeline, DevOps, open source framework, container
• Good IT infrastructure  & Network knowledge including Networking, Security & Control, ITIL, MDM, Server administration & cloud infrastructure – AWS, Azure
• Assist in project coordination and implementation
• Experience in Agile and Scrum are highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as IT Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experience in IT function, with 2+ years at a Department Head level
• Strong business sense with strategic thinking, analytical mind and able to be a well business partner with management 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can-do attitude with positive mind-set
• Demonstration of strong team-working and strong problem solving skills
• Experience in ERP system such as POS, CRM, WMS of retail industry; knowledge of Multiable M18, Jetplus POS, Suger CRM experience is plus 
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
