Purpose of Role

We are looking for an organized and ambitious individual who is committed in being part of our project management workforce for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global sourcing vendors, China-based vendors, and Internal stakeholders to review and access tooling asset status of Hasbro.
• Serve as a liaison with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors, communicating tooling status and project-related information.
• Coordinate the release and follow-up documents generated by Hasbro Legal departments to ensure the security of Hasbro Tooling Assets.
• Monitor tool transfer and tool scrap schedules and proactively driving adherence among vendors, warehouses, and junk dealers.
• Maintain accurate management reports and analyse data within Tooling systems.
• Create and manage tooling purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders(PO) in the SAP system.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.        

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines 
  2 years of relevant experience (preferably in the toy industry ,FMCG, or merchandising).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player . Having analytical skills and problem-solving mindset is definitely an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills 
• Excellent command of English and preferably fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel e.g Using moderately complex Excel functions, performing advanced formula usage (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Sorting and filtering data and creating and manipulating pivot tables, etc.
