Unimax Property Consultancy Limited is a Hong Kong based company and was established in 1998. With years of steady growth, still under the original owners, Unimax has established itself as a reputable and Value for Money’ property and facility management, security service provider in Hong Kong, Macau, and China, employing over 1,000 staff. Successful Candidates will be on a secondment basis to the Hong Kong Housing Authority on a contract basis.

Qualifications & experience

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Degree or Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
• Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the HKALE and Level 3/Grade C or above in three other subjects in the HKCCE, which may include Chinese Language and Chinese Language, or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; and
• Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.; and
• Good interpersonal skills;
• PMP (Tier I or Tier 2) license by PMSA or being a practicing member of professional institutions will be considered for CPSO Garde I:
• Immediately available preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• To carry out day-to-day property/tenancy management of estates and assist in implementing housing policies.
• To undertake the letting and re-letting of domestic units, non-domestic units, and car parking spaces and to carry out duties about the mass intake of tenants in new housing estates
• To deal with rent matters and render special services to needy and elderly families.
• To process applications for other housing benefit schemes and voluntary transfers.
• To assist in the enforcement of the Deed of Mutual Covenant in estates with divested properties
• To make suggestions for improving the estates, conduct surveys, and collect information from tenants.
• To process requests for repair works
• To assist in monitoring the performance of service contractors
• To deal with enquires, requests, and complaints
• Any other duties as assigned.
