Our client "Sinohydro Corporation Limited” is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Mainly monitoring of project budget, budget control, cashflow and report
• Post-contract administration and management
• Negotiating and managing client and subcontractor contracts
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Preparation of contract document for subletting process
• Ad hoc assignment
  
   

 

  Who are they looking for? 

• 10 years or above QS experience in Building or Civil Projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline with professional qualifications.
• Member of the RICS or the HKIS is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent
• Putonghua is a must.
• Candidates with lesser experience/qualification would be considered as SQS.

Working Hour: 

• 5 days work week
