We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Project Executive to join our Corporate Marketing team. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in marketing communications, project coordination, and digital marketing. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and distributors across our key markets—including Europe, the United States, Australia, China, and Southeast Asia—to deliver impactful marketing projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging and high-quality English marketing content to support new product launches, covering digital and print platforms such as websites, brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.

• Oversee B2B website management, ensuring timely updates to layout and content, implementing SEO/SEM initiatives, distributing EDMs, and tracking website performance.

• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and international distributors in the US, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia to coordinate product marketing projects and ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights that strengthen brand communication and marketing effectiveness.

• Contribute to marketing campaigns and other ad hoc assignments as needed to support business objectives.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to international markets or project-based marketing.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge in Meta Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Power BI.

• Knowledge in AI tools, WIX and Hubspot are preferred.
