About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Manage documentation of loan application and administration duties

• Verifying and checking drawdown loan documentation in strict compliance with the terms of credit approval

• Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Year 2 - 4 students are welcomed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to communicate with English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Customer facing experience is preferable but not a must

• Organized, responsible and with a drive for excellence
