Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, you will lead and coordinate daily customer service and order processing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery. You will manage a small team, handle customer inquiries, and work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the customer service and order processing team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Communicate with customers to arrange delivery schedules and follow up on order status.

• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to manage delivery arrangements and resolve issues.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

• Review and verify order information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and enhance departmental efficiency.

• Prepare regular reports on team performance and operational status for management review.
   

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in order coordination or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
