職責

·         帶領並激勵所分配的倉務員團隊

·         與倉務員團隊建立信任及緊密關係，並提前向管理層匯報任何潛在問題

·         確保所有工作依照管理層提供的標準作業程序（SOP）進行（包括收貨、入庫、揀貨、包裝及出貨）

·         根據物流同事指示，對訂單進行優先排序並調整排程，以確保滿足客戶的優先需求

·         負責日常倉庫作業，包括揀貨與包裝、掃描及分類

·         協調每日工作並分配具體工作，以確保準時交貨

·         監督及確保工作準確性

·         透過內部倉儲管理系統（WMS）處理及監控每日訂單

·         確保工作環境安全及設施維護狀況良好

任職要求：

·         中五程度或以上

·         三年或以上相關物流及倉庫管理經驗

·         具備倉庫運作的扎實知識（包括收貨、儲存、揀貨、出貨）

·         熟悉倉儲管理系統（WMS）及射頻掃描器（RF Scanner）的實際操作經驗

·         具備良好的團隊管理及溝通能力

·         具協作精神、積極主動、重視團隊合作

·         優秀的組織能力及時間管理

·         有電子商務業務經驗者優先

·         持有叉車操作牌照（包括伸展及抗衡型）

·         熟悉 MS Excel、Word 和 WMS及中文輸入法處理

·         能操流利廣東話

工作時間：

• 每週工作 5 - 6 天 (0900 - 1800)

• 長短週六 (0900 - 1700)
