 About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• As product analyst to manage and drive the payment and FX business

• Implement new product features and improve the system, process and workflow that related to payment and FX business

• Perform UAT & Live Verification on both Website & App

• Manage the fulfillment files and notification content

• High awareness on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities for timely actions to manage payment and FX business performance

• Ensure full compliance and execution of governance policies and processes to meet both internal and regulatory requirements

• Other ad-hoc task assigned

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Degree holder with major in Finance, Business, Marketing or related discipline

• 3 – 4 years of experience in product management in banking or financial industry (preferably in payment and/or FX)

• Basic understanding of the risk and compliance framework for Payment and FX

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Product Manager
