Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Bartender to lead the bar program at Chouchou, a modern French restaurant and cocktail bar by the HORA Group. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to deliver an exceptional beverage experience that complements our vibrant dining concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the cocktail menu, ensuring innovation, quality, and consistency.

• Oversee daily bar operations, inventory, and cost control.

• Train, motivate, and supervise the bar team to maintain service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Collaborate with the restaurant and culinary teams to create a cohesive guest experience.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a premium or lifestyle bar/restaurant.

• Strong mixology skills with a passion for innovation and guest engagement.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
