We are hiring for multiple levels of experience. Whether you're a rising Demi Chef, or a motivated Commis Chef, there’s a place for you to grow and contribute:

Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CDP in managing a kitchen section

• Prepare mise en place and cook dishes to specification

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

• Requirements:

• 2-3 years of kitchen experience

• Eagerness to learn and progress

• Good knife skills and basic understanding of French cuisine

Commis Chef

Responsibilities:

• Support all kitchen stations as required

• Perform basic food prep and assist with mise en place

• Maintain cleanliness and follow instructions from senior chefs

• Requirements:

• Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience

• Passion for cooking and learning

• Team player with a strong work ethic
