職責範圍：

• 負責公司未來在港市場的發展戰略總體規劃、據此制定公司的口腔醫療產品戰略和業務模式。

• 領導市場部門團隊拓展香港地區、亞洲區域市場，尋找潛在客戶，挖掘客戶需求。

• 熟悉醫療口腔設備的相關法規和准入門檻，分析客戶需求，優化產品組合，制定香港及大灣區銷售策略，推動產品在新市場的准入及份額增長。

• 發展和管理下游渠道，如公立醫院、私立口腔連鎖、單體診所等，針對新的不同渠道制定不同的銷售策略。

• 爲牙科及醫院的醫生提供口腔設備產品的技術支持，做好產品售後及客戶的維繫。

應聘要求：

• 具有市場/管理/商業等相關學科的學士學位。

• 熟悉香港及中國大陸口腔醫療體系、政策。

• 具有10年以上口腔醫療行業銷售經驗，渠道5年以上團隊管理背景。

• 具備較強溝通交流能力，熟練日語、普通話、英文及中文書面。

What you'll be doing:

• Build new overall company development plans in Hong Kong market and formulate dental medical product strategy and business model. 

• Provide strong leadership to the market department team in expanding the Hong Kong and broader Asian regional markets, identifying potential clients, and exploring customer needs.

•  Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and market entry requirements for dental medical equipment. Analyze customer requirements, optimize product portfolios, and formulate sales strategies for Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area to drive product entry and enhance profitability.

• Develop and manage channels (hospitals, private dental chains). Creating tailored sales strategies for different new channels.

• Provide technical support for dental equipment products to dentists and hospital doctors, ensuring excellent after-sales service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Application Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with the dental healthcare systems and policies of Hong Kong and Mainland China.

•  A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the dental medical industry, including at least 5 years in a team management role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written.
