Management Trainee Program 2026

Since 1999, DHL Global Forwarding in Hong Kong has been offering a management trainee program for fresh graduates who wish to embark on a career in the logistics industry.

This is a 3-year structured, rotational, career development program that provides you with opportunities to work and cross train in various departments within the logistics business.

It will also provide you with solid grounding in relevant industry knowledge, management skills and set a strong foundation for you to develop your career with us.

The Program commences in July 2025. Applications are now open and Application deadline is 10 December 2025.

About the Program

The 3-year program is specially designed for all recent university graduates. Suitable candidates will be offered a structured career development program covering:

1-month Induction & training
This is to help you understand the background of the Company and become familiar with different department operations.

Departmental postings & work assignments
You will rotate through 3 different departments in order to learn about the department operations and broaden your understanding of our business. Depending on the company’s requirements and your work performance, such postings may last for 1 year.

Typical postings will cover different aspects of the business, such as Air/ Ocean Freight Management, Logistics Operations and Business Development. Through these postings, you will obtain a strong foundation in all-round supply chain management and general management skills and knowledge.

 After completing the Program
Depending on individual performance, development opportunities and further advancement to managerial positions will be available for trainees with outstanding performances and capabilities to progress further along their career ladder.

 

Who are we looking for?

To apply for the Management Trainee Program, you should possess the following qualities:

• Fresh graduates from any discipline or graduate with less than 2 years work experience.

• Keen interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain Management.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication and learning skills.

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

• Highly motivated, conscientious, and willing to accept challenge. 

• Be willing to be relocated to Mainland China or other countries for long or short-term assignment.
