Operation Assistant I (Porter Services)

Office : Supporting Services Department, Queen Elizabeth Hospital

Pay : HK$24,191 – HK$28,623 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. To provide clerical support for the daily operation for the team.

2. To support the workflow planning and development of user guidelines of the New Acute Hospital.

3. To coordinate various meetings and prepare the related presentation materials and meeting documents.

4. To perform office administration tasks such as inventory management, office supplies/equipment, enquiries handling, website maintenance and record keeping.

5. To assist in coordination and execution of procurement, material and contract management.

6. To perform data input and analysis, report compilation, documentation and records keeping.

7. To assist in the supervision of supporting staff of the department if necessary.

8. To perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1.    Tertiary education with experience in the relevant / specialized discipline.

Preferable Attributes:

Proficiency in common computer software, including MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing; and experience in HA’s software applications such as NTSS, ADS, various Dashboards of Hospital Command Centre.

University graduate is an advantage.
