Job description

1. Continuously track changes in laws, regulations and industry practice, and assist in conducting internal training.

2. Participate in compliance communications with relevant internal departments and external partners, and assist in formulating and implementing control plans and management measures for the adherence to laws and regulations.

3. Assist in the review of compliance-related documents, including but not limited to product document, due diligence materials, marketing materials, etc.

4. Be responsible for monitoring the implementation of investment compliance requirements, supervise the investment scope and investment restrictions of various products and conduct transaction monitoring, perform end-of-day monitoring and complete post-trade reports.

5. Assist in maintaining contacts with regulators such as the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, and timely record and follow up on regulatory requirements.

6. Assist in handling staff dealing and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) related work.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting or other related fields are preferred.

2. 1-3 years of compliance-related work experience; experience in compliance within the asset management industry is preferred; fresh graduates or candidates with entry-level experience will also be considered.

3. Understanding of the relevant legal, regulatory and supervisory framework requirements; experience in liaising with the SFC is preferred.

4. Fluent in English and Chinese, with good communication skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
