Responsibilities：

·      Continuously track changes in laws, regulations and industry practice, and assist in conducting internal training.

·      Participate in legal and compliance communications with relevant internal departments and external partners, and assist in formulating and implementing control plans and management measures for the adherence to laws and regulations.

·      Assist in the review of legal and compliance-related documents, including but not limited to product document, due diligence materials, marketing materials, etc.

·      Assist in maintaining contacts with regulators such as the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong/ Companies Registry, and timely record and follow up on regulatory requirements.

·      Assist in the review of corporate governance and compliance-related documents.

·      Assist in organizing corporate governance meetings (e.g., board and committee meetings) and drafting meeting minutes.

·      Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree or higher in Legal, Finance, Business or a related discipline.

·      Knowledge with asset management is an added advantage.

·      Good language and writing skills (both English and Mandarin Chinese).

·      Strong communication and coordination skills, fast learner, team player; and

·      Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
