Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media engagement posts (incl. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Little Red Book) & SEO product tagging
• Assist on the production & implementation of live-streaming, incl. tenants liaison for collaboration
• Assist in business development with external parties for joining promotion cooperation (e.g. banking, airline, hotel)
• Facilitate and support omnichannel campaign to deliver the best customer orientated online and offline experience
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in Digital Marketing or E-commerce
• Knowledge in Google Analytics 4, Google ads, SEO/ SEM, social media, content marketing and live streaming is a plus
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Proactive, agile and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
