Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
   • Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
   • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
   • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
   • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
   • Provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
3. Risk Management:
   • Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
   • Monitor market trends, currency fluctuations, and economic factors affecting the business.
   • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
4. Business Partnering:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, and legal) to achieve business objectives.
   • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
   • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
5. Cash Flow Management:
   • Optimize working capital and manage cash flow effectively.
   • Monitor receivables, payables, and liquidity positions.
   • Implement treasury strategies to minimize financial risks.

     Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
• CPA qualification is a MUST
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in finance & accounting
• Ideally work experience in HK listed companies
• Required to stationed in the Philippines (80% of time)
