A Well-Established Corporate Bank is looking for a Team Head to join their Trade Finance Services & Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will supervise daily activities of Import & Export Trade Finance Operations Team & ensure the team in compliance of banking policy and procedure.

Your new role

• Supervise a Team of 5 Headcounts
• Perform and investigate daily Trade Operations activities including Import LC issuance/amendment, bill booking and payment, document checking, Bank Guarantees, Trust Receipts ; Export LC related products (Advising, Confirmation, Discounting, Collection, etc.)
• Perform the duty of checking and approval of all trade transactions
• Process Trade Finance transactions in accordance with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules and the Bank's policies and procedures
• Deal with internal / external parties for matters related to trade transactions
• Conduct visits to customers with Relationship Managers to explain products and solutions of trade services as necessary
• Develop team members through work assignment, coaching and training.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree holder;
• More than 10 years of experience in trade services operations;
• Sound Import and Export knowledge;
• Familiar with ICC rules (UCP600, ISBP, URR725 and URC522 etc.);
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
