Roles & Responsibilities 

• Develop the online acquisition and digital analytics strategies to drive sustainable eCommerce growth
• Identify, track and improve KPIs to optimize product listings, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.
• Engage with eCommerce accounts e.g. HKTVmall, Panda Mart & Nestlé e-shop etc to support the daily operation & implementation  
• Execute plans for assigned Account(s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
• Share market intelligence and prepare analysis for continuous improvement on eBusiness and customer plans

What will make you successful 

• Minimum 3 years experiences in eCommerce across Sales / Account Management / Business Development 
• Digital savvy and sensitive in numbers
• Good business acumen, capable in developing strategic plans and to drive business growth 
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese, include Mandarin
